Preliminary Design Concept

RESERVATION AND TERMS*

 

The reservation agreement requires a $25,000 per loft, refundable deposit.

Parking Spot reservation $2,500 per spot.

The reservation agreement deposit is non-refundable nine days after review and acceptance of Condominium Documents.

All construction and sales are contingent on approval of all City and State government agencies.

Deliverables as stated above are subject to revisions.
